Have you used this method successfully? Is there a hard limit in terms of crawls for each domain aka the crawl budget

You get about 70-80% success rate. AFAIK there's no limit but didn't try more than 10 apis, so no clue beyond that.

Technically Python scripting & Google firebase can be an option with blaze extensions. Also, take a look at binding automation with Python & Apache frameworks. It's time-killing but worth it.
