How Do You Set Up Email For Your Wordpress Site With You Custom Domain

Basically, this is what am asking for...

I want to be able to send subscription email to my subscribers using my custom email([email protected]).
I presently use Zohomail for my custom email but am unable to set up an email system where I'd be able to send newsletters to my subscribers from my custom email. I use mailchimp to collect email right now, but I've not been sending them mails because I can't get them delivered from my custom domain.'I tried setting it up with my domain only to discover I can't have two SPF on my domain DNS records.

So, is there a single email marketing plugin or software that would allow me set up my custom domain and still send newsletter from the same platform?

I hope the question is clear enough

Have you tried WP SMTP ? They are million of wordpress SMTP plugins you can use them any.

Never heard of it nor tried it before, the whole process seems complex and confusing, thanks for the suggestion

You’re collecting emails using mail chimp and you will be sending them out using their system and mail servers. Mail chimp has documentation on how to setup your own domain and email so emails sent on their smtp servers will be sent using your custom email.

The MX records allow you to receive email to your custom domain. Since you are using Mailchimp to send your newsletter you will be sending email out using their servers. You can actually send email from any domain, but these days you need prove to recipients that you are the owner of the domain you are sending from and to do this you authenticate your domain using DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM). This is a unique key that identifies you and verifies to email recipients you are who you say you are. Typically, I use my main domain for personal email and then setup a subdomain such as [email protected] to send marketing materials with, but that's a topic for another discussion.

Lastly, you can combine SPF records ie:

I use GetResponse for email marketing. I can easily send emails to my subscribers using my custom domain. All I required to do was to verify my custom email and add it to GetResponse. Once added, you get an option to choose the email address you want to send the emails from when sending a newsletter. I've never used Mailchimp. But I know Mailchimp is a huge company. So it should be easy to do this. I don't know why it seems so difficult with Mailchimp when it feels really easy with GetResponse. (Please note I am not promoting GetResponse here. I'm just sharing my experience.)
