If you are promoting anything else other than a Model, you can use Meta ads. Meta ads works good for a lot of things; but you have to make sure to follow Instagram's TOS
 
Hmmm, i will suggest you focus on posting more reels, let reels be more than just normal posts. reels pushes your content faster organically to new faces
