How do you sell your ebooks?

How/where do you sell your ebook / info products?

Some ideas I haven't applied yet:

-Getting traffic (outsourcing of course) and driving them to the site.
-Promoting to a list. (I don't have one)
-Finding JV partners / people with list and promoting to their list
-Banners
-PPC
-Having an affiliate system and promoting that instead
-Ebay (???)
-Hiring web promoters and pay by commission (???)


Do you have any other ideas?

Advertise on BHW
some I sell on CB. Some I sell on my own, a good method is to build a niche blog and promote that and throw in lots of soft sells for your ebook.
 
eBook sales aren't something I would invest in right now, unless you're offering some truly original - else you're just entering a heard of hundreds of thousands of people all competing in the same market.

Good point. Where would you invest your money right now?
 
are ebooks in general saturated or MMO ebooks saturated?

i was thinking of making a poker ebook (i'm pretty good at it and can grind out a few hundred a month in the micro stakes)
