how do you take meeting bookings, schedule them and organise your time?

an open question :)

.. I have tried many solutions, would love to hear yours.

I make a To-Do list first thing in the morning, it helps a lot

I structure my day in a 2 hours interval. Also, I wake up at 6 and do most of my work in the morning, then I am free in the evenings.

any app/software solutions to organise the day and meetings?

I like hubspot with its feature where you can share a link for your own schedule so people can directly see which times you are available, and book an appointment straight away.
But possibilities are endless, even google calendar or outlook can do the job.

I have tried using hubspot - but I find it complicated.. + it tries to get you into their system.. way to complicated = stressful :)

.. hmm.. maybe I should reconsider them :?

I have met few people using hubspot, though none who is a superfan of it.. what are the main features you use there?

I am not the biggest fan either, it can be tricky and confusing to learn but I like their meeting links and how they present them for people to choose and available time.

In the end is a matter of personal taste, like android vs ios. You can get the job done with any app, for just 10 meetings per day even a shared google calendar with your team will work, sometimes is better not to try to reinvent the wheel.

I use google Calendar. It works quite well for my use case.

Another user of google calender here, along with a dashboard for sites and stats.
I use the very underrated =today()-A1 (A1 being the date you last done work on)
to tell how many days since, then I organize that column, and work on the sites/tasks In that order.

I just use my gsuite calendar. I avoid meetings after lunch (because people can be sleepy after eating and not focused) and not too early nor too late.
It also depends if you sell or if it is a meeting within the same organization etc.

I would like to share a good tool for international meetings/calls:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingtime.html?iso=20200622&p1=31&p2=137
The website shows you the time of the day between different cities in the world, very handy if you need to syncup and adapte to the time zone.
(in my example, I took LA and Barcelona)
