You can get Captcha Breaker and then run that for all upper tiers and even for tier 1 if you combine it with Spamvilla.
However, if you're building relatively small number of T1 links, you might still want to use DBC for that as you will get a few more links that way and it won't cost you as much.

i just keep spending the money. i spend like $100 a week. i am currently looking into one time purchase softwares, so i don't have to keep buying capchas.
