How do you safely buy an instagram?

I feel like people could easily rip you when buying another persons instagram. I'm getting ready to pay $2k for an account, And I want to know your thoughts on going about it safely and securely. Also how often do people get ripped off for this sort of thing?

I usually create an instagram account via my bot. it can like/follow people automatically just like the real people did.
About the safety, do not post/follow too many people at one time, or use a real mail account to register your instagram account.

Make sure they send you the email they get when you change the password on the account so they can't access it after you purchase it. You need to click the link in the email that says "If you didn't create an Instagram account using this email address, let us know here". Then click the link that says it's actually you that did it and it's safe.

Once you change the account email, the guy with original email will get an email from Instagram about "email change" tell him to forward you that email . The email is about Instagram asking you whether or not it was you who changed the email, if not you then they ask you to "Secure your account" . so all you have to do is to click on the "Secure your account" option and and it will take you to a page where there will be two options. One would be yes it was me and another secure my account. so just click on yes it was me and you are all set.I suggest you should do your transaction through this Escrow service to minimize risk.https://viralaccounts.com/viralaccount-escrow-service/

Their is no such thing as buying safe IG accounts, even if you got their email they can get that back and the account back, only way is to find a really trustworthy person who sells simple

This. The seller can easily get the account back. You need to find a trusted seller but again you can't really trust someone these days
