How do you remove bad review of a certain website from google?

I read lot of info about earnint six figures by promising the client to remove their bad ratings that appears on google. How do people actually remove the bad ratings!( I can understand how you can insert good ratings but how the heck you remove bad ratings of your client's enterprise)?

You can learn pretty much anything here but it takes time and research
