Is there a program to group all your e-mails together? Right now i'm just going into CPanel and going into webmail etc. Is there another way?

Forward all domain emails via cpanel. Setup Forwarders to an Email account such as Gmail.

Setup Gmail with "send email as", so you can receive email as well as send email as your domain. You will never need to login to webmail through cpanel again, and don't need software like thunderbird since your email will be through gmail

I use fastmail. Many of my email accounts go there. All in separate folders.

Google Apps is a much better option than cPanel Webmail.
