How do you rank pinterest posts on Google?

For many keywords im targeting, I see a lot of pinterest posts that are ranking even above me, with pretty much no content. When I tried to do the same, by buying followers and repins, my posts never get ranked. How come?

It is possible even if it's not more posts and content. Sometimes images, even with minimum textual content can rank high which is usually people looking for. It depends mostly the type of website. But when we implement in our site, it goes wrong.
