How do you properly Set up GSA?

I am looking to get 2-5 daily backlinks only but they must be high quality only and not blog comments since I've done quite a few already, I let GSA run with article, press release and web2.0 on and all I got was 40 submitted in 2 hours and no verifications..

Set it to stop when you get your required verifieds but remember, the stricter your filters, the fewer your chances of hitting autoapprove sites.
