How do you promote same ip 1,000 pages please ?

get a trouble like if you use "all day sucker" you promote all day long all pages ok
if you have 1,000 pages to promote you use 1 time same ip and clean cookies ok

but you see how long it takes in time to ping RSS
1,000 pages 5 hours with same ip 1 computer

so how is the solution please more computer, cut package, different ip ???
