How do you post your articles (auto or manual?)

Do you guys use autoblog and syndicate RSS feeds or do any of you post articles manually and have them spun? If you do have them spun, how often do you post new articles?

I spin using The Best Spinner and post using Article Marketing Robot.

Can get 300+ articles published in 1 hour.

If I decide to automate the posting of articles to my blog, I only automate the scraping of article. I would scrape 15 articles and I have a bot that automates the spinning. Is a process spread out over a couple of days As the articles are scraped the bot goes through and creates 5 different variations of each article, it then picks the best one. I post manually once I gave the article a read.
