I have bing coupon but never able to use it .

please help me friends.

Bing never told exact reason but I always use new VCC .

You can use coupons only within first 30 days of account creation. If the coupon doesn't works with new accounts too, probably the coupon is expired or invalid.

I went on live chat and told them I had a coupon and they added it manually.
