How do you organize/plan/structure your stuff?

Yeah this has been a big issue for me too since I'm not a naturally organized person. I usually keep it all in my head but with SEO it's just too much information to be able to do that. I'm developing my setup and it's getting better but I'm still not done developing it, looking for better alternatives.

I'm currently using

• Trello
• Bookstack (selfhosted wiki, awesome)
• Slack
• Excel
• Dropbox
• Pocket(to save to read later, awesome)

Im looking into using upstream for WordPress VA task management.



Also tried to get a self hosted calendar going but haven't succeeded yet.

I don't use any Google products(they log all data and u never know how they will use it in the future)

The goal is to be fully self hosted.

You think MS does not log all data and share your data with their investors and third parties unless you are using the cracked version of MS Office?

I think theyre doing it even if i crack it tbh. I used openoffice some but im not a pro at excel so i need to be able to do the things mentioned in SEO tutorials etc, i dunno how to do those things in openoffice/libreoffice. But i use libre/open too(can never remember which one it is i use haha, the one still being updated).

But obviously the end goal is to be totally without g0ogle and M$. Even OS wise.

How do you think MS will spy and log your data if you are using cracked version?

It's closed source so it's still very possible they're communicating data with their servers anyway, thru channels not needed for activation, at least this is what I would assume. Don't you think?

I follow these 3 steps:

1. When I get the "shower idea" (you know the best ideas come in the shower), I get out and write them on a PAPER notebook
2. When I am out of home, i write them on NOTES (iPhone) and it is syncronized with your MAC Notes
3. One time per day I write them down on ASANA that is wonderful beaccuase it permits you to create projects and add links or long ideas. Asana can be shared with a team

But as Warren Buffett says... write down your 30 best ideas > delete the 25 ones that are not urgent > select the best 3 ones and startin doing ONLY ONE of them

i like to keep things super simple and just use google docs, google keep. i have a chrome pixelbook that's bulletproof so it just makes things easier and super fast to log and navigate from tasks to task, or project to project. Very efficient tool for me.
