How do you motivate yourself?

Skills and knowledge if you have so success must got.
People can have the wrong skills and knowledge. But even having the right ones, there is no guarantee of success at all...

Remembering its a marathon and zooming out. Motivation alone doesn't work in my experience. Create routines and systems and just follow them.
I'm this kind of thinker... As a developer, I try to automate stuff, use third party tools to make life easier, etc.
I'm lazy af, so I really try to make stuff easier for me.
Thanks for making me remember this. Now I will ask this in another post:
"Which routines and systems work for you?"
I think about what I want from life and what it costs to have that. I use that to form my goals when I’m working and then I break those goals down into daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Trying to hit those targets keeps me motivated and then trying and succeeding at new ideas becomes a necessity in order to hit those targets.
It remembers me that you plan backwards.
I want "A", but it requires "B", and "B" requires "C".
So, my plan would be "C" → "B" → "A".

By the way, how do you handle when you have a big challenge/obstacle?
Maybe applying "divide and conquer"

Hi @StefBH

If you are looking for something like this, please go to the Markeplace section and find a proper Jr VIP seller as @pirekarenet is not allowed to sell.

If you want to buy something specific, write your details in WTB.

Stay safe.

Yes definitely- with a big challenge break it into manageable parts if possible. Or at least create some sort of plan and then put one foot in front of the other. And if it’s really difficult I try to remember that you can only do your best.

To stay motivated, I set small goals, remind myself of achievements, and focus on the reasons why I want to succeed. I also take breaks, reward myself, and surround myself with supportive people.
