You can sell retweets on fiverr, or driving traffic to a blog owned by you, Or telling the follower to check whatever product... It really depends on the niche
 
Just build a Adsense gallery site. And drive traffic through twitter. That's what i do.
 
Just sell the retwets that is the only way i know. Post your gig on fiverr and hire someone to create you a nice thread design for forum's
