I own about 5 different blogs in different niches and I use about 28 different plugins for each blog. Search/installing each one takes up valuable time.

Does anyone know how to upload loads of plugins quickly? (besides FTP)

I usually upload the zip file containing all my plugins via file manager to plugins folder and then unzip it. It saves a lot of time and you can try it. :)

Just upload all the plugins in /plugins folder of your wordpress instalation.
You will need a FTP software to do that- I recommend FileZilla.

I just keep one master install zipped on my computer, upload that to new sites as needed. Like it was said, Filezilla rocks

I have some code that I wrote that simulates a login and install click on the plugin page. Its a fairly simple process using web requests. If you are interested, I can help get you in the right direction.

The best way is to upload them all at once using FTP.

There's a great script called WP Twin.

It allows you to quickly copy and deploy an existing WP installation.

So, all you do is build *one* site, with all your plugins+themes installed and configured. Then make a copy of that site. And with one click, you can deploy that file as a new site on a new domain.

I remember seeing a copy floating around here in the Downloads section.

Alternatively, if all your sites are on one server, you might want to look into using with WordPress MU feature. Basically, it allows you to run several separate and distinct sites/domains, from one set of WordPress files.

    Hope that makes sense.

Cpanel has file manager from which we can upload multiple files quickly. Also FTP zilla works like charm if you have good connection.
