How do you manage your time/schedule?

    Hi BHW members!

    I wonder how you guys manage your time in the weekdays. My schedule is:

    7:00AM Wake Up
    7:00AM-7:45AM Breakfast
    7:45AM-8:30AM Shower
    8:30AM-9:30AM Check Emails/News/New Freelance Gigs
    9:30AM-10:00AM Walk to the office
    10:00AM - 4:00PM Working time in the office making money (usually freelance gigs as writing, design, video editing, stuff like that)
    4:00PM - 4:30PM Walk to my house
    4:30PM - 5:00PM Dinner
    5:00PM - 8:00PM (social life, exercise, play around; wash the dishes, etc...)
    8:00PM - 10:00PM (IM reading, freelance tips, planning ideas, dreaming, no action)

    As you see, is a pussy schedule, I will do hard in September like spending 4 hours in 10 AdSense Micro Niches, Wake up at @5AM...

    So, what's your schedule?

    8AM: Wake up
    9AM: Go for a morning run and eat after.
    10AM: Off to work
    6PM: Come home
    7-9PM: Research ideas and information for business purposes.
    10-12: Eat sleep TV whatever.

    Well it is summer break from college so right now it is something like this....

    3pm: wake up
    3-4: read BHW, check email, etc, etc...
    4-4:30 eat breakfast
    4:30-5:00: shower
    5:00pm- 2am: Read bhw, work on projects, and watch netflix.
    3am: tell myself that i need to go to bed
    4am: Find myself trying a new method or reading bhw. TELL MY SELF THAT I REALLY NEED TO SLEEP
    5am: Still on computer and the Sun is coming up so i FORCE MYSELF TO GO TO SLEEP.



    I have a job that I have to work every other week so this schedule is every other week.

    2pm: Wake up.
    3pm: Log on and check emails and deal with anything needing done.
    4pm: Eat.
    5pm: Back onto the computer and do whatever work needs done that day.
    8pm: Eat dinner.
    9pm: Continue working
    11pm / midnight: Watch TV / Browse.
    5am: Bed.

    Haha your guys' schedules sound just like mine when I go on break. Sleeping late and watching tv/playing xbox is so addictive and better then boring sleep on holidays *_*

    10:00 AM : wake up chill .. relax.
    4:00 PM : IM
    1:00 AM : count my profits go to bed.

    im lazy in the morning / afternoon :p

    this schedule will soon change once i start college in september.

    How do you guys actually manage to follow your schedules, I always get diverted and end up doing something else, etc.

    (this reply was created for the newbies mostly as I assume you dont really need my help)

    Stick the schedule to your computer screen.

    Each time you get away and use your time for something else accept the fact that you didnt take action.

    Then you will realize that (if you) dont make money cause you dont really take action, you just think you did.

    This will help to you prove to yourself that you dont suck at internet marketing which is good. You just were lazy.
    Many people give up because they think that IM is not for them. But they just dont do much, they think that they tried a lot because they spent many hours in front of the pc.

    Some days later your mind will have other no choice than to take REAL ACTION and wont try to get away.

    The first small success will come. Your mind will love it and you wont force it anymore.

    2nd success now, bigger one. your mind is on auto mode.
    Some days later you wont need the schedule.

    Congrats You had some serious success. Scale it up and take care

    This will probably help those that can't seem to organize themselves. In my case it's either that I do take action or I don't. I'm lazy and get distracted easily, maybe I should start exercising. The funny thing is that once I get into a routine I can work and actually feel good about it, but as soon as I break the routine, everything goes down the wrong path and I become lazy again.

    Thank you you just explained what i do sometimes! I am saving some money to get rollers and get some exercise.

    when you are tired a bit your body doesnt want to stand up from the chair and its easier to sit there and do your things.

    i often have the need to stand and do something else. so better to take care of this... "else" first and then work with ease

    Wake up at 10am.
    Go to bed at 2-3am.

    Works like a charm. Serious procrastination problem the last few months, mind.

    Occasionally I slip into going to bed at 5am, then it becomes 6am, then 7am....but I think I've figured how to stop that. (Company!)

    wake at 7:30
    Eat/chill until 9.
    Arrive at office
    Work until 6-7 sometime 9 +, it depends on how I feel
    Go back home.. Sometime I work at home, sometime not

    If I don't wake early, I will get into a vicious circle of night/day/night/day. I will never do that again.

    9:45 AM to 10:00 AM: Waking up, getting dressed, going to the bathroom, etc.
    10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Still waking up; checking personal email, seeing if I had any sales during the night
    10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Either running or lifting weights
    11:30 AM - 11:45 AM: Taking a shower and getting dressed
    11:45 AM - 2 PM: Work on IM stuff (eat a bowl of oatmeal at the computer) sometimes take a short nap or watch an episode of a TV show or something
    2 PM - 3:00 PM: Getting ready for work and driving there
    3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Working at my 2nd shift factory job
    11:00 PM - 1:30 AM: Come home and work on IM some more; have a bowl of soup at the computer

    same thing happens with me but most of work gets disturbed due to house hold work.I am serious about spending more time for working online.
