Hey guys just wanted to ask how do you guys actually manage your time effenciently in order to get most out of it, i have around 8 hours of free time everyday but i end up not doing alot of things, Write your recommendations below.

Also is there a desktop software which i could use to give me reminders at the times i set them so i can just do those tasks?

I use this
kanbanflow.com
For me itss quite useful. You can write the tasks that you want to get done in the 'To-Do' list. There are 4 sections you can move your each 'To-do' . ('Do today', 'In progress' , 'done')

This helps me to keep myself organized with the workload. There's also a timer, which is very handy :D you can set it to ring every 30 minutes for example and take a few minutes break.

Todoist Premium, Evernote Premium, and the discipline and drive to get everything done.

i guess i'm pretty oldschool with this: for me it's the good ol' wrist watch & Windows clock

i don't need no app to tell me that it's time to do something, when i know i should work, i start working, when i feel it was enough, then it's enough, i stop doing whatever i was doing and i start doing something else, we already have too many restrictions in our lifes

these apps are kinda like digital bosses, they tell you what to do and when to do it, i chose to work online for a reason, i don't need no fucking bosses :)

There are some good android apps that help a busy sales rep. Link that to your Outlook and you are set to go.

but mine is just a simple, inexpensive Swiss watch, a Certina DS

Dude what. That's a $500 watch.

I'm rocking something like http://www.kennethcole.com/men/accessories/silvertone-round-link-watch-10021760.html?dwvar_10021760_color=000&dwvar_10021760_size=10001#cgid=mens-watches&start=8 right now but with a black face and some character marks from a hiking expedition last year.

I like Rescue Time - it just sits in the back ground and monitors how you spend your time and then I get a weekly report on Sunday evening. Its great to look at the report and go "oh wow I didn't know I spent that much time doing X last week".

So its just a great weekly overview. Else I just write my todo in notepad and print it out each day or so and then mark off whats done, add new and start over.

the website option could be handy though.

I just always seem to be behind in everything, so just working and getting things done, takes care of that, but as someone once said (fuck knows if i can remember who) it's better to be able to see the edge, than see nothing at all.

there are different Certina DS models, mine is a cheaper one, i think it was around $150 and is very similar to your Kenneth Cole in simplicity, but you were almost right, i had a $500 watch too, a Doxa Style, but that went poof, somehow water got inside it and KOd the electronic parts

needles to say, it was too expensive to repair it, new movement would have been required, so i just flipped it, i fuckin loved that watch

you have a alert on every mobile ... use that????

i must be very old fashioned as i use a pen and paper ( Remember those ? )
I just write, or scribble down things i need to do and mark off when done.
For running blogs i schedule posts 7 days in advance, so my time is used better than trying to rush out articles

same here ! pen and paper all the way !!!

I use evernote...there is a website where they teach you how to properly use evernote, and you can do pretty much anything if you know how to organize their labels and use them for your own good

Yes, use apps, you can organize every second of your free time, or buy yourself a smart watch, i heard samsung has a watch that can do such things.
