I just purchased plenty of domains. I want to ask you how do you guys manage. Data like cpanel username and password, Wordpress username and password, SEO campaigns for these websites and database and backups. I can't find a solution for it :/

Any response will be great :)

i use last pass for all user name - password related info
excel sheet for all backlink and other info

use a proper record of username and password using exel, it will be very handy

I usually create a folder for each project/domain and fill it with other catagorized folders and text files including passwords, link building campaigns, images, etc...

Seems to be the easiest way to stay organized for me.

I also use lastpass, firefox extention, for my passwords. Excel for data, campaigns and other info If you are concerned about backups, you can find a wp plugin that automatically makes backups. You can also try a blog client like Scribefire to post on many different blogs from one interface.

What the other guys said, basically!

lastpass for password management (it's free and the paid version is 12$ / year)
a folder projects on your desktop with a subfolder for each project.

Excel for keyword research, projects, link building strategy etc.

Also use your mozilla. bookmark tab -> folders, subfolders, categories etc.

And finally, let's not forget about Basecamp for to-do list, calendar, templates and everything needed for project management! :-)
