How do you organize your work? Do you use any tools etc.?

How many words do you write per day?

How much time do you give for other website work like thumbnails, organizing, designing pages etc?

And last, are you consistent every day, or do you take a few days off every month or week?

If I'm not procrastinating I'm either editing & formatting my outsourced posts, doing keyword research or trying to find and edit featured images for posts that don't have any.

I'm going to switch most of my own task management, keyword research, managing freelance writers and other stuff from Google Sheets to ClickUp since I think that can boost my overall productivity.

I found Clickup to be rrally useful for productivity. I set goals for myself and I have done pretty well with this app.

For me copymatic dot ai works wonders, saves me a hell lot of time.
Do not rule it out as just another AI writer tool. Use it and see all the AI based features it has : AI-powered engaging writien conversion-optimized human-quality content, with amazing features. Use it and see. Other members may share their respective techniques & tools.

I invested in good coffee machine and found quality coffee with lots of caffeine in it. I start my day with it, then it goes way smoother than it used to be. Also good diet, exercises and peace of mind makes your brain works way better.

Heard about it for the first time. I will check it today.

That's an area I never thought about. Getting a coffee machine so you get mentally and physically ready looks practical as now you don't feel lazy.

Yeah, I don't like summer because it's very hot and sometimes I'd just go to sleep because it's too warm. STRONG BIG coffee with lots of one of the best and healthiest stimmulants - coffeine is really good. You don't need to invest a lot in coffee machine. You can make great coffee with AeroPress which is like 40$. But if you like convenient things get automatic machine, click the button and start the day :)

I dont use any tool ,i just use vizualization to program my subconstient mind ,every night i vizualize how i work on my tasks etc ,i finish them etc

Why are you even counting?

Returns are directly proportional with the amount of work you put in.
You work part time two hours a day, you get a part time revenue. It's easy.

You work 70 hours/week, you will eventually get a 70hours/week revenue. But it will be almost 5 times faster than the guy who puts in 2 hours/day of work.

You allocate the time you need for visual effects. If you need 5 hours of visual editing, how will you do it in 2?
Calculating if it's needed or not should be your concern.

Do all your competitors invest good time in visuals? Then it would be best if you did that too.

Your goals depend on how many words you need to write in one day.
How much money do you want to make one year from now from your website?

If it's $1,000 for example, calculate how many articles you will need to generate 40-60k visitors/month depending on your CPM.
It's usually around 100-200 articles targeting low-medium competition keywords.

On average, you should be able to come up with 2 to 3 articles per day, considering research and at least a decent quality.
Sometimes even just one good article/day is enough if a lot of work goes into it.

I found that, on a given keywords, you can actually spend more than 20 hours on reddit, quora, niche boards researching the topic and there will always be information left to be digged up.

I was just asking to see what fellow bloggers use for better productivity. I was not asking how much I will earn if I work X hours and that certainly doesn't work every time at least for me. Sometimes working smarter with the use of tools and organizing everything for getting the work done in a shorter time is better. As BHW is filled with a lot of smart bloggers, I wanted to know how they do their daily work to increase my productivity.

I have my own writer who works as a VA at the same time to organize the whole thing for me.

I use a sheet to plan my work, and I automate most of my work.

Do articles written by CopyMatic rank?

I too use a register for planning work and it is good but I can't automate my work as it is not possible with my site.
Well, the automation is done base on your needs for your website.

I explode my blogging productivity by dictating my content.

With the exception of some of the work that I do for clients, I dictate all of my content-especially in-house blog content.

This has been a game changer for me.

In fact, I've started offering this service to some of my clients.

Why?

Well, if you're going to be writing content by hand, you'll be lucky if you end up with 2000 words of well edited high quality content at the end of each eight hour day.

How come?

When you write manually, chances are, by the time you hit the end of the paragraph, your mind is racing at a speed of 1000 miles per hour.

All these ideas come to you and you get this one brilliant idea.

You have to fight the temptation to delete what you just wrote because some better way of expressing your thought just came to mind.

What do you think happens when you finish that paragraph?

That's right, and an even better idea comes to mind.

You're basically chasing your tail.

So at the end of eight hours, you have basically rewritten your article several times over and it's still not perfect.

Worse yet, writers often suffer from analysis paralysis.

They're thinking, there has to be one piece of information that is missing, there has to be one particular angle that I haven't covered that would turn this piece of content from good to great.

So you're wasting all this time and emotional energy and mental focus, trying to find that "one last missing piece".

When you dictate your question off a few scribbled outline items, you are essentially accessing your personal expertise about the subject the same way as you would when you're typing everything out by hand.

The big difference is that you don't stumble into these time wasting mental loops.

Once you cover a specific point, you move on to the next point and the next point after that.

And once you have been doing this for several years, you know how to tighten things up with a solid introduction and a solid conclusion.

You're done.

What would have taken eight hours only takes maybe 10 to 15 minutes.

So you move on to the next one and then the next one after that.

On my good days I can reach 80,000 words per day, I'm not exaggerating.

Obviously, this assumes that I'm talking about stuff that I personally am expert in.

But even when it comes to topics that I've just read a couple of articles on, I do quite well.

I can clock in at a rate of 25,000 words per day without breaking a sweat.

So if you're looking to truly turbocharge your daily blogging work, look into becoming a dicta, blogger.

Dicta blogging can change your life.

Of course, this means that you have to think in a linear, clear, and logical way.

You can't just jump to conclusions.

You can't let your feelings overwhelm you so you're basically just jumping from point to point and then looping back, you can do that.

You basically have to think in a very basic way.

When a concept comes to mind because of an item on your outline, use your mental discipline to break it down into its most logical, basic, and obvious parts.

Then once you're done with that you move on to the next.

You also have to practice effective self-editing.

Finally, you have to get highly skilled and competent transcribers.

There are many incompetent transcribers out there that basically just crank out run on sentences.

They're clueless regarding clauses and the basics of sentence construction.

So once you have a system where you can attract such talent, you have all the ingredients you need to blast out a tremendous amount of content in no time flat.

My latest project involves several 100 pieces of content and I blasted through the 1 million word mark in a very short period of time.

I'm not some super genius, mind you.

If I can do it, you can do it too.

It just takes quite a bit of persistence because you're going to fail the first few weeks or even months you try this but eventually it's worth it.

Whatever hassles you went through at the beginning, we'll definitely be more than compensated for the extreme productivity that you will achieve later on in your journey.
