How do you manage with clients? (botting issues)

Hello,

Following the recent blockages I thought it would be interesting to share our views on how to manage this event and make the most of it for our business.

So, for those who manage accounts for customers and who used the bot on their accounts, what are your approaches?
I automate more than 80 customers and some complain, I think I have to focus my communication on "Bring less people back to your account but of better quality", what do you think?

how can a bot traffic even become a contactable lead?! shouldn't they be asking: bring less traffic, but more real ones?!

My service is to bring back followers and most of the accounts were at 800 followers per day. Now we are forced to go down to 200 follow per day so necessarily the bot is less effective.

I'm talking about marketing here, obviously with 800 follows per day the followers were good but how can I explain to them that the activity on the account will be reduced by 4?
 
I am stopping client management, takes too much time to keep up with the trends and be profitable.

I do understand your point of view. Botting has a service to sell is kind of dead at least the one that we used to know two weeks ago.
However I'm sure people like me won't give up this source of "passive" income so if anyone would like to share how you will manage please :)
 
Due to newly imposed limits, botting potential has considerably declined. It's better off to sell accounts than having to move alongside such lower F/UF limits.

Yes I know it's a much more difficult business than before but still I have 80 customers who pay me 50 euros a month each to have their accounts automated so more than 2000 euros that come in almost automatically.
That's why we have to find solutions, but I agree, there are more efficient ways to earn money now; my goal is not to lose this source of money.

Mann.. 50 eu per month? What results are you delivering and what do you offer clients for this price? Also 80 * 50 = 4k..

Anyhow, I'd use this as an opportunity to increase your prices. There are people (who were already charging 3-4 times your prices!) that raised their prices and customers were fine with it. Cut out your complaining clients (they cost you time and cause headaches, and for 50 eu per month, why deal with that?), and stay with the clients that are willing to pay the higher price.
 
The first important thing about instagram bottling is to let your clients know that many things are out of your control and you can’t be responsible for that.

However, quality of the accounts can also depend on how you run them.

50E per months means a basic follow/unfollow tool that I will probably have to modify and use the full potential of my automation program.
Btw not all clients pay 50E, some have discount and packages. ;)

How people accept to pay more than 50 euros when there are softwares to automate your account for 20$ per month? Interesting approach tho thanks for your message

Do your customers know they can find this software somewhere for $20 ? :)

Anywho, in that case I would "upgrade" your service and raise your prices. Going forward you will search the highest converting sources for their niche / profile, provide detailed reporting on growth (you could use IGblade free reporting for this if necessary) etc etc.. (there is a lot of easy stuff you can provide them if you search around the forum).

Instead of selling "automation", sell them IG marketing and premium service that they don't know about, but that is easy for you to provide.. ;)

And in any case still, ditch complaining customers for 50 eu per month lmao :)

I was managing like 15 acc.
The earning from them, are all the income I have atm.
This follow block completely brought me to a very bad situation, I feel like I completely lost my job.
I'm not able to tell them nothing, they are right, i'm trying to send them link about the block on Insta as much as possible for make them feel comfortable and not alone with Follow block!

So the fact is that I wasn't able to let them sign up again for the next month. I mean, if you are paying 50 - 80 - 120 EUR per month, for have XXXX new followers per month, and from a moment to an other, you have your main action blocked which people were complaining that follow and like block, was giving them problem in real life LOL
I also sell some likes from some SMM Panel, and as well I had a lot of problem with delivery and with the raised prices which means COMPLAIN ALL FCKN DAY.

So basically, I was waiting to get money from customers between every day 10 of the month till the 20.
This week I earned 0 Euro.
I had to pay my rent 450 EUR
I have 0 money atm (first time in my life)
And the worst is that i got a Good customer which was paying me good (one page with 26k and another with 122k) exactly the 4th JUNE.
Fuck sake, I used his money for pay my rent and he's complaining about the action blocked and not satisfying asking for a refund.

So now i'm back in selling some replicas, and hope to make fast cash. About Instagram automation and other similar, I'll be thinking if it's worth and if with the knowledge I have today, i would able to offer people different services for grow.

At the moment I feel down guys, can't imagine who have a big company. But basically now i'm touching the floor with my butt lol

I saw myself. I am trying to do mother/child method. It will be good if someone shares experiences. Still looking for how to use new accounts without ban

It has been proved that Instagram is countering fake Mass Spam Accounts, not real accounts with real owners.
For sure, doing what bots can do manually is impossible. I manage more than 50 accounts. When the block issue came up, I told them that it may take a few days or weeks for the problem to get solved and they should wait. Luckily, the automation tool that I use solved the issue and now the bot works on all of my accounts.
