how do you manage the overwhelming data

for building up a pbn, the fake names, the paswords, where to interlink and where not. i am trying with an excel sheet but really feel confused. how do people manage massive amounts of data and pbns ? is it just about being methodic or there are some tools or tips ?

thanks everyone....learning curve is steep and sometimes i feel a bit of an headache

I've got about 300 sites in a PBN (divided up by niche, so really more like several separate PBNs). I just use a spreadsheet. Separate columns for domain name, registrar, hosting account, etc. Works for me. But then, I'm a dry, boring software engineer, so this kind of methodical stuff doesn't bother me.

Sorry that's the way you do it with a spread sheet. You can fit all the data you need set it up in certain niches and keep it all there safe and sound. I have it for all my pbns and social accounts. I try to use separate excel sheets/files though. As at one point i had all my social networks and pbn on one list and it was a bummer looking for things.

Basic organizational skills - there's no "perfect" format. You're on the right track if you are building a spreadsheet though.

yeah thanks. i think i'll take some excel course online cause i'm far from proficient in it

also today i started tracking 2.0 links with mindmap software. could be a nice solution. in the end you gotta try what works and what doesn't

You don't have to be proficient in excel for this. It's a bunch of squares, you line things up that are similar under each other

1 excel file with like 5 or 6 sheets works for me, plus it gives me plenty of quiet time while trying to color cordinate
it might be worth it to brush up on some shortcuts to make it easier but i wouldn't get too in depth

What bartosimpsonio said. If you're thinking about "learning" excel, you're way over thinking things. You don't need to know formulas, graphs, nothing. You're only using a spreadsheet for the convenience of having columns to keep things orderly.
