How do you Manage Multiple Link Building Projects?

Although there are hundreds of forums and profile creation sites but there is a limit. What would you do when you have accounts on all major forums with signature for another client and profiles created for someone else?

would you use proxies on both forums and profile creation sites or no proxies and just creating new account? or proxies for forums but not for Profile links?

if you have a static IP use proxies
