How do you manage multiple accounts ?

I'm doing E-commerce and want to manage different Google Ads accounts and also other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit.
I heard about using proxies with an multilogin app? Will this be suffient?
If yes can you advise me what kind proxy I should use? I'm doing everything whitehat and doing this for the long term for my businesses.

For social media accounts, you should be able to use 2-4 accounts per home IP. Multilogin does work but can be too much time consuming (You'll have to switch between browser profiles and use the same proxy)

I use Rambox for some of my emails and social accounts
i am able to set up proxy for each individual tab aswell.
Its a little CPU consuming when you have ALOT opened but it works great for what i need it for.
What's nice is i can also have all my messaging app crap on it too.
Instead of getting alllllllllllllll the individual apps programs.

As long, as you can do it by hand, don't use any additional software. Also, the more quality residential proxies you can afford - the better.
