How do you manage diff Accounts with one proxie each on Desktop?

Hey,

I have some HQ IG Accounts with one proxie each and do all the work manually.
Is there a software where I can handle each account simultaneously, like tabs on a browser?
For a Desktop PC

All the major bots will allow this (or should, if not find a better one). You should be able to assign a proxy to an account, then everything that account does is through the proxy

Sorry, I think I misunderstood your question. I thought you were just wanting to contol the accounts in a bot with a specified proxy for each. But if you want to post a specific comment with a specific account, using a specific proxy again is nothing technical and should be possible with all bots
