How do you manage backlinks for your brand?

Hi there. I hope you all are doing well.
Currently, one of my brand is growing high. I want to maintain an ease of access backlink list for my brand.
I am really curious about how you guys are doing link management for your brand.
What tool (Google spreadsheet, MS Excel, or Other) you use to list links for your brand? and How do you segment your links?

I will be happy to hear from you guys.

I am using good old excel sheet for backlinks and for keywords for all my sites including business site.
I am using uber suggest to track keywords for since I have a life time account with it. Limited to 3 website.
I am using zutrix for tracking keywords for few other sites.

Great. Do you segment links into multiple worksheets or just maintaining a single sheet for all the links?

Yes, of course segment it. Foundation, social signal, web 2.0, profile, edu and gov, guest post on its own sheet or file. I then submit them one by one in batches based on date created to indexer and mark them as submitted.
