Most of your websites must have their own email address (webmaster@moneysite.com).

How do you manage them all? Do you have Outlook gathering all the accounts, do you forward them all to one place?

    Let us know!

    I use Google Apps.
I open a Google Apps account for each domain I buy. Then I connect every account to my main gmail account everything is controlled from there

if you have lots of websites forward them to a single email account this is the best way to use.

I forward all my emails to a Gmail account, it's safe and you have a lot of space. It's better than checking 1000 email accounts. And you always keep a backup of all your emails if ever ur site get hacked, you lose ur hotsting...

What i do is forawrd all them to a central email and create folders for each and set filters so the emails go into their approiate folders according to which domain and the reason

    examplefolders
    moneysite1 support
    moneysite1 advertisement
    moneysite1 legal

    moneysite2 support
    moneysite2 advertisementmonrysite2 legal

probably a lil unnecessary for some to further filter it and break them into categories but I do, its what works for me and has become my system.

I forward all emails to a single account and use thunderbird to manage the emails. Thunderbird is much less of a resource hog on the computer. Also, I use the app on my cell phone to manage emails. Along with spam filters, this works out pretty well.

Thunderbird is golden! It flies as a rocket, even with 230K emails loaded into it starting from 2004. And still collecting all the guru BS sent my way..

I have simply set many accounts on my mobile phone. Anytime I am in a area with Wifi (like when I am on a lunch), I simply turn the wifi on, and it automatically checks all the email boxes and notifies me on new emails on each box.

It's very effective, one button click, and I can directly reply from the email where I received a message.

gmail accounts download all, automatically replies from the account the email was sent to, then tags them to that email account when you file them away.
