Same as with any other business - provide a good service and sell for more than your total costs.

Find a niche where scraping data is becoming more difficult (ie. Google SERPs), and turn your proxies into a scraping service for those who want data quickly but don't want to babysit a bunch of apps.

If you’re a vendor/supplier, promote your products to everyone through as many channels as possible. If you’re not a supplier yourself, the only option is to become an affiliate and market for the most reputable vendors.

The demand for proxies is huge, it's not hard to make money selling proxies.

I'd say most realistic way to make money from scratch right now is to provide mobile proxy from either top tier or exotic countries. They are clean, easy to setup. If you're in unpopular country yourself - hou could partner up with someone.

There are always affiliate programs for existing services but I'd say residential proxies are not the way and way too saturated.
