I would contact the fiverr customer service to find out what is the reason for this. Maybe some system fault?

Usually, it's someone you did the gig for a while back - you need to look all the way back in your completed orders tab.
Don't know about not leaving comment thing, should always show the username.

That depends on the list you are using
Using list that i got from this metod
1. Find a blog that has been spammed to death
2. Use link extractor to extract the external links
3. Take the links you extracted and run them in backlink checker
4. Download all the links that backlink checker finds and blast
5. Take all the successful links and run them in linkchecker

could anyone tell me where to find good private proxies, and im new to this so i would like to understand: how long will the private proxies be of use, and how many should I have if I am using scrapebox for blog commentating. Help would be greatly appreciated
