No you can't, either you have to buy private proxy or you have to verify accounts.

1 phone number 1 account.
It's 2 per phone number.
This is how I make them.
Proxy servers, make 2 accounts 1 country, register from one phone. In notepad i write from where i made them. What number I use for them and save.
Repeat that many times...

You can make them by using fresh ips, but that doesn't solve the problem as you wil get asked by Facebook quite quick to phone verify those accounts if you want to use them, you definitely need to do this, just find a good way of doing it and stop wondering how not to do it
