How do you make customers come back?

Ofc it's clear that you need to have good products so customer will come back and buy something again, but I know that it's not the only thing since there are many nice stores with good quality stuff but no sales or repeat customers. Also since I do dropshipping with sellvia there are many different stores like mine, so I have to be unique. Good promotion, trendy sellvia products, interesting and engaging content - it's all I have. What else should I do, improve, or focus on to have more loyal customers?

Sell something that people will need time after time, something that needs to be replenished. so like a subcription service.

To build lasting customer loyalty, consider creating a rewards program that keeps people engaged and motivated to buy. Think of it like how airlines offer points for each flight, which customers can later redeem for discounts or perks.

Think about how you could apply a similar system in your own niche. What kind of rewards would excite your customers and keep them coming back?

add some kind of promotion and then contact your old customers to let them know

give them freebies something that can make them feel like their purchase was worth, try to remember some customer and make small talks try to remember what they purchased if they liked it, small talks a mothly give a ways.

it doesnt matter whith which platform you're doing business, whether its sellvia shopify or any others, you MUST have strong brand so people would remember you. create somthing that would make you different from all those other stores in the internet. then customers will remember you and come back for more. also build trust, it not less important
