How do you make a VSL like CB University?

Hey folks, my first question here on BHW...

I want to make a VSL, but I don't think the old white background powerpoint slide ordeal will cut it anymore.

I was watching the VSL for ClickBank University and I was very impressed. Lots of typography flying around and some simple graphics too, along with the presenters against a green screen...

Anyone know what's the best software/way to make something like that?
