I have old lists of niche related emails from vbulletin communities (forums),
I want to mail them without my email ending up in junk,
is there a website or premium website service to mail
your lists without them being subscribed?

And how would I get them to subscribe
or look to mailservice(gmail, hotmail, outlook) like my list are my subscribers.

let's say i build a niche related landing page,
and send them email to go subscribe,
how would this email not end up in junk?

There are several email marketing services such getresponse.com, aweber, mailchimp is free for the first 2000 email Subscriber.

the initial email without them being subscribed would go to their inbox? using these services?

Good server + good list. There's no beating that.
QFT! Along with obtaining and configuring proxies, IP pools, setting DNS, SF, MX and any other record you could think of.

1. Get a server/host and send mail through there
2. Get a retail name mail service where you can import your list
3. Mail merge
4. Pay for a mailing service from *indonesia or places like that, like .001 cents per email... *I never did this but did see it out there
5. Email blaster program

* Sending mail through your own hosting site is good for 150 emails at a time
* Retail places like (constant contact, aweber) will make your list "sign up" again so maybe not the best option
* Mail merge is the same as the hosting site option where you can send out 100/200 emails at a time *(more can be sent out by making more g-mail accounts) *best option because its free
* Paying for a mailing service, I would personally start really small and put a couple of your email addy in the mix just to check it out..
* Got mixed results with using "blasting" software but it could be the emails I was sending

When sending emails make them in plain text and don't use spammy words like "Make $100k In Ten Minutes Sending Spam Emails!!!$$$"
My best emails that got through spam filters is like I said plain text, one link, unsubscribe option (bs but whatever), subject just put your name..
The simpler it is the better...
My 2 cents..

What's your thoughts on a service like floodCRM?

aweber thinks they're the FBI, I actually paid for a monthly package but they closed my account once i uploaded my 1000 email list

mailchimp and getresponse did the same to me lol

seriously OP all the service providers here will ban you so fast. It’ll take a couple months going down the server route, before getting it right. You need to decide if this is worth it.

Emailing was getting harder and harder year after year, and nowadays it seems almost impossible to do unless you have a perfectly clean list and swipes... Importing emails for autoresponders such as Aweber, get response became almost impossible too

I always use this method when do email marketing
Rotating SMTPs + Rotating Letters

First, you should be absolutely sure in your database validity. It's great if you do! But never forget how helpful the verification is.

Then — cold outreach. Think about the way your product can help this people. If they are your 'ideal customers', you already know their paint point. Make them believe your product will solve all their problems. You can even identify the source where you found their email address.

Like "Hello, {name}. My name is ... I looked through your LinkedIn profile (or other media, etc.) and saw that you are interested in ... / are occupied... / run a ... business. I know it's hard to ... because I started from... (or any other reason). Let me help you to stay on top. I produce/ have/ develop..."

Write advantages, show the real value and don't forget about personalization.

And it goes without saying you must set up the delivery domain settings to get inbox, but not to the junk folder (a sending domain must been verified and authenticated by adding SPF, DKIM, DMARC records to the hosting site).

You need a server that care about staying on the white list. Most list who serves black hat ends up in the end on the black list and have to change name. The service in my signature only do white list.
