When using XRumer/SENuke/AutoPligg/WP Comment Spamming etc how do you link to your domain?

I want to build up a good ranking for one particular domain while having a very low risk of getting it banned.

Would using PHP Header Redirects from different domains improve the SEO of my primary site or also damage it or not help it at all?

I don't like to bump but does anyone have experience with this and have any info that could help me out? I just want to help my SEO without getting banned, was thinking of:

    1) Blog commenting on niche related blogs.
    2) SENuke/AutoPligg with lots of keywords.
    3) XRumer on keyword targetted forums + deep linking into forum profile rather than spamming.
    4) Link Exchanging with related sites.
    5) Article submission for related niche.
    6) Having a blog on the site with BlogRoll or whatever link exchange plugin and having lots of keyword related articles.

I cannot think of too much else on the SEO side, I'd rather not spend all this time working on the site to just get banned by the big G though.

They only way you well get banned is if you build a massive amount of links the all of a sudden just stop. Or if you get a lot of spammy links from spammy websites.

All those methods are ok. I'd opt for buying links from members of this forum. In particular, Do-Follow Social Bookmarking, web 2.0, directories, and article marketing. You can get all of these done very cheap.

Link exchange is a waste of time, even if theme related. The only way it is NOT a waste of time is if the link is on the home page or a main content page (the higher the PR the better), it cannot be on a page with a ton of outbound links and no related content (typically low PR and doesnt do anything). Link exchange overall is just a big time waster in my opinion because it can seriously eat your time when the other methods are straightforward and cheap.

I was considering purchasing links but the niche that I am aiming at I highly doubt they would sell links to their forum profiles, also how would you go about it? By PM spamming the forum and how much would you pay?

With link exchange I was mainly aiming at BlogRoll & Looking for Top Commenter plugin blogs in my related niche.

Link exchange is indeed very good method....BUT you need to trade not 2 Way Links...

you need 2 Websites Website A trades a Link for your Website B...

different IPs are needed ofc and you should not interlink these 2 websites

Honestly, just build the links evenly and the risk of getting banned is minimal. Don't built 1k links 1 day then nothing for the rest of the month. Build 30 links a day until you get to that 1k mark. Scale as needed for what you are trying to do, than rinse and repeat.
