what does you use and how do your eyes feel with it

did you find Bulbs better than CFL's

I am thinking of planting 2X100 watt bulbs. but it looks like 10 year back straight. things looks contrasting on +ve side.

I haven't tested other ways of lightning my room, quite possible other soultions would be better, but since the bulbs are tested and work for me I do not experiment with anything else :)

Guise,
If you have discomfort with eyes, download F.lux
Changes the light on screen to match with amount of Sunlight, can work on the web all day and not feel a thing

I have led strips but behind my huge backup power supply just incase i need to power down all ups.Nice glow.

i will try F.lux now

been using these for the past few months:
Code:
http://www.amazon.com/Full-Spectrum-Light-Bulb-Daylight/dp/B00198U6U6/

they're designed to simulate sunlight so they're great for working at night and tricking your brain into not getting tired.

most fluorescent bulbs are actually an awful shade of yellow that you don't really notice unless you have a white light source to compare them against.

O__O

yes right about yellow.

I am impressed with sunlight simulation. I will try to find it on ebay.

I tried the Flux software and that hurt my eyes worse than the LED monitor I use, and was F***ing annoying distorting the colors all the time. Good concept, bad in reality.

You can look for actual long tubed UVB lights on amazon or ebay. Perfect to use for an hour or so, they can get dangerous if you
use it for too long lol.

These are good for emulating sunlight but you need to change them every 6 months.
