search site:blackhatworld.com
replace blackhatworld.com with your domain and if nothing shows up you've been fucked.
You can also check web master tools, or whatever they named it to.

and what happens if it's banned?
i post with a trending tag, and i search for the tag, and i dont see my post.
that however can mean that
1, twitter doesnt like the account
2, twitter doesnt like the tweet?

Just try to tweet a tweet with your domain. Then click on the link and if it takes you to your site it's not banned.
If it gives you a safety error, it's banned!
