No, in my experience fb just outright block any mention of it.

if your link is blocked, when you make a post and try to post the link
facebook will stop that post saying the link is blocked. if your post
goes up, then it isnt

I wonder why my posts' reach is reduced by 90% compared to what it was a year ago.
