Hi

I am totally new on this forum, but i got some questions.
I started a month ago to sell some products on ebay, witch has sold very well. I have sold for 5-10 items a week and i use drop shipping to get them shipped out. and i recently hit the limit. But i was wondering like if i ever get that big that i have 100s of products listed on ebay. and get maybe 20-50 orders a day how do you keep up with that.
Is there any system that can help you or any email system that works very good?
I just use the mail system that comes with my mac, witch i think is good enough for what i do now. But i feel like it will be very hard to keep up with many sales if i use that e-mail system with many orders a day.

And should i also get an extra worker if i every have this many sales and earn enough to pay him to work for my?

Easiest method would be to hire 1-2 people for an inexpensive rate that can process your dropship orders.

If you're like me and you have no life then you can easily keep up with that many orders. But if you're like a normal person then your gonna need some help.

If you are selling these kind of amounts then get an eBay store and selling manager pro. Your whole backend of everything you are doing is visible, easy to manage and you can bulk upload listings through a csv file and bulk download sales for distribution or analysis.

You will also get gravity on your listings and find them rising to the top of searches and as you continue to sell you will start to become eligible for discounts and cheaper fees.

Ok thanks, dose all this cost anything?
And i also live at two places because my parents is divorced. So i usually switch between my computers, on at my moms house and another at my dads house. But i feel like it would be easier to control all the ebay stuff at only on computer and just have all backup at my other.

I basically open up paypal every night and go right down the line, anything that has a "print shipping label" option gets printed anything i may have to manually make a lable for and drop at post office i imput tracking immediately from my phtone. ive slowed down a bit but i was doing 20+ orders a day for about a year and never had a problem doing it that way.

positive to entering stuff via paypal instead of ebay was that your funds clear faster as entering tracking into ebay doesnt automatically enter it into paypal. its sorta a gimmick so they can do teh holds
