Seek medical/psychological help. You may have "ADD" (Attention Deficit Disorder).

Since I am not a professional in that field, that is the best advice I can give you.

    Cheers! - "Wiz"

Thanks for the replies. I Use to be a drug user, but not anymore. i was hooked on meth for severial years and this help me focus, but i'm not about to go down that road again. i still smoke cannabis once in a blue moon, but i don't go looking for it. But she doesn't work, just makes me lazy and tired and makes me want to watch movies..

I was diagnosed with add one i was a kid, but they said i would grow out of it. I Took meds for it, but they gave me a headaches every time i took them so i quit, i was going to the doctor when i was younger (16), but with a fit of rage, i told him he could take the pills and shove them up his....... you know.. lol

Mom thinks that i'm bipolar and said since my dad and his brothers are schizophrenic, bipolar and borderline (in other words my dad side of the family is all screwed up in the head) that i should go get tested because of my mood swings from being happy to angry, back to happy then depressed to deeply, don't want to get out of bed kind of depressed, then to my body hurting all over then the cycle repeats.

I Think it's all because i got allot on my plate... having to take care of my grandparents, my dad, the elders around here that are 75-80 i have to take care of there yards and get them to their doctors appointments when their own family wont take them.

The property i'm living on belongs to my grandpas uncle that is 86yr old and this land has been in the family for generations (like a homestead) but there is sub divisions i guess you can call them that that are 1mil and up homes that is like surrounding us, they're zoning in on this property. His grandsons are seeing $$$$$$$ chaching and waiting for him to die and i'm seeing the end of the world.

You would think that after all i've done for him form 16 to 30 and never charged him a dime doing anything, form painting his houses around here, to taking them to the store, to going over and chatting and watching the ballgame with him, to farming his land, to taking care of the property. You would at-least think that i would be in the will, but no his leaving everything to his grandson that steals 10k in old currency/coins, stole a a-model out of his garage when he was in the hospital, then last year his grandson got the door kicked in because he was growing dope and the house on this property belonged to his grandpa and they found his grandmas prescription meds that was stole from her a week earlier (she thought she missed placed them).

He's leaving everything to his family, the same family that don't come around him, not even on holidays or birthday and the family lives on same property!!!! It's been 3 years since he talked to his daughter and she only live 10 mile away!!!

It's Sad, me and the little mexican lady that lives in the left apartment side (he has a big house that he converted into apartments 4 rooms each with there own kitchen, living room, bath room and bedroom) is the only ones that take care of them

I Told him, i said "you know, if you leave this property to them, you know it will be sold before they put you in the ground, and when that happens, i'm burning it all!" he just laughed.. lol

Maybe I'm worrying about nothing, because i haven't actually heard him say that, just heard other people say that.. i dont want to ask him about it, because it's private.. But i wish he would come out and just tell me something so i wouldn't worry about whats going to happen to this place when he's gone.

God i can't believe i just wrote all that, it felt good tho getting all that out, because i'm genuinely worried about it.

This is kind of a vague answer: I say find something that you're passionate about that have potential to make money and run with it.

Quick question: You take cafe of the elders in your neighborhood for free?

I could focus with the use of my room. The ambience is just good. I can see the nature from where I sit right now. With fresh air and that's what keeps me focused.

To get started: focus on one small, easily completed concrete task to get you started and in to the swing of things.

To keep going: focus on your overall end result that you will achieve from this work you're doing, eg. that new car, house, vacation, financial freedom that you want.

Get exercise / have a healthy meal before you start / drink green or black tea while you work (theanine has been proven to aid concentration) / make sure you have ventilation and you're not too hot or too cold.

Take adequate structured breaks away from the computer.

Alternate shitty tasks with ones you enjoy.

Get a count down timer for your computer and set it for 10 mins (or 5 mins, or even 2 mins). Work steadily until the alarm rings and then give yourself an enforced break. Try something like this: http://www.43folders.com/2005/10/11/procrastination-hack-1025
