you need not post a thread for this question just simply google it you will find lots of tutorial. i have noticed that you are asking questions frequently by creating new threads.

just download it from wordpress.org and up the folder via ftp. They have a standard walkthrough on the site.

Edit: Looks like the Op either just
A a spammer
B Stupid
or C Plain lazy

Google is your friend....seriously the level of laziness is shocking. No wonder people can't make money online.

Who is your host? For example, with Godaddy you can install wordpress with a push of a button.

I would recommend Filezilla FTP client for manually setting up wordpress.
Ahh, stop being lazy and do a google search on 'how to install wordpress manually'. You will get a ton of easy-to-follow tutorials.

You can't. WP needs a mysql db too, and the only way to create one is via phpmyadmin, which is accessed via cpanel.
