It's not easy but there are several things you can do and guess what, they are the same as what recommended in early 2000!
Manually submit to Google: Open the “URL Inspection” tool in Google Search Console. Just paste your blog post link and hit “Request Indexing”. This also plays the waiting game for Google’s crawler to naturally come across it.
Spread it everywhere: Share on social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn…), forums (Reddit, Quora…), or niche communities. Nofollow links can tell search engines you have content that exists.
Internal linking: From older posts or directly from your homepage make links to your new post. This helps crawlers find it more quickly when they already have your site open.
Use a sitemap: You can submit an XML sitemap in the Google Search Console. This serves as a map for Google to crawl all of your pages.
Speed is important: Make sure your blog loads quickly and is mobile-friendly. Slow sites are irritant for users and spider bots. GTmetrix is one of the tools to detects the issues.
Backlinks build trust: Get friends, blogers, or forums in your niche to link to your post. A single well-placed backlink effects a lot on your indexing.
New sites take time to build trust with Google, so don’t stress if it’s slow at first. Keep posting consistently, and indexing will get quicker over time.
Good luck,
