What's your process when a product receives a negative review?

Do you focus on customer support, product improvements, or something else?

I'd love to hear your approach while staying compliant with Amazon's policies.

if they're genuine bad reviews, i would investigate and see exactly what went wrong and improve the product or customer service depending on where the issue happened. if they're not genuine, i would ask amazon support to look into them. sometimes they can remove the bad reviews

Just be polite when handle these reviews try to say something like you value their opinion and will inspect these facts or something like that . If is a genuine review and try to check and improve but if is fake dont waste your time just report that review

I think we're on the same page. I've seen many people suggest removing negative reviews, but your comment reminded me that genuine negative reviews can actually be valuable. They help identify product or service issues and improve the customer experience. And if a review is genuinely fake or violates Amazon's policies, reporting it to Amazon Support is the right approach.

Totally agree! Being polite costs nothing, and genuine reviews help you improve while fake ones are best reported.
