negative review are usualy a great way to determine what you should be doing, especialy when you analyze them. the first thing that I would do is figure out what the issue is and solve it.

Negative reviews should be treated as feedback about my products first before I go into the process of responding to the customers, identifying the common problems that exist within their complaints, and then addressing the problem rather than deleting the review.
