How do you handle link-building part for your site?

Hey all,

Need your suggestions for the following situation.

Since you are working with some real-world projects and you don't have a lot of time to handle link building part, how you guys manage this?

You are already making some $ on autopilot out of your amazon aff-site but you can see the potential to make more, how will you manage this situation?

Looking for some advice/suggestions/answers from our community.

(Monthly SEO Link Building Package I am already aware of it..looking for some quality alternative here)

Depends on what kind of risk you are taking and ROI for link building.

If you have a lot of content, any digital PR campaign ($3-5k~ a campaign) will bump the entire site.

If your site is low on content, the "value" of each link is a lot less, since the rankings only bump up for pages you have.

Even if you outsource link building, you are limited to market rates, unless you vet a good freelancer to do it with SOPs.

$500~ only gets you 5 links~ if you can source them from marketplaces.

Probably $30-50 a link if you can do it through a freelancer.

I've heard about these PR campaigns recently from a few sources. What exactly is this? Press Releases? like a bunch of them over and over again or what? Can you please explain. Thanks!

They are campaigns that target journalists for press, links and traffic sources.

Good ones achieve 100-200 links at 1 go, they do fail often - but the ones that work out always x5-10 how much money you put into it. (Link value)

They often get links you can't really just "buy" your way into, it has to have an assigned value/benefits for the ones featuring you

For each small - medium project, why you need more than a few backlinks every month, study how much your competition has in ahrefs, and you will be able to see how many backlinks they have received per month over their lifetime.

that is what I was thinking...

You don't need to give backlinks to every page on your website.
Under-served topics don't need backlinks.
Use a rank tracker like spy Serp or Serp robot to see your keyword ranking.

Then buy backlinks for pages where you really want some improvement in ranking. If a page is already ranking #1 for its target main keyword then no need to mess with it unless later on some competition arrives
