How do you guys save Direct Message images on your Android phone?

I can't save the images sent to me by other people in Direct Messages on my Android phone. Not on the Instagram app, not on the Instagram website and not via an app called "InstaGrab". How do you guys do it?

Tbh, I've always just screenshotted on my HTC. Whenever I went to upload the screenshots it seemed to align just right so I didn't have to crop, or if I did it wasn't much.
