May be you should keep it simple. Break your work into smaller tasks and tackle them one at a time.
You can even try project management tools and they can help you stay organized. Also a quick weekly cleanup could help you stop things from piling up.

already use that, thing is when you multi task it gets messy af, maybe ill start using VPS more
