Let's say you got a new pbn

There are several pages in this pbn

However, due to copyright issues, we will not restore the content

Is it also a good way to redirect all pages to the homepage in this case?

People who own a pbn, how do you keep a link juice?

Just generate placeholder content with whatever tool you find appropiate. You could simply rewrite the original content to bypass copyright issues.
You don't need to keep content as-is, just keep the URL to pass internal linking accordingly.

Generally keep the existing page urls, especially if they have decent backlinks. Redirecting all old pages to the homepage just screams that the domain is going to be repurposed for 'SEO reasons'. You can use the existing pages that have backlinks to funnel link juice to other new pages.

Yes, redirecting all pages to the homepage can help retain link juice in a PBN without content.

Based on my knowledge, Redirecting all pages to homepage is not an good idea. Instead you can try removing copyrighted content and make it original.
