Most fitness gear is sold out. I've been going on runs but its really boring.. missin the gym.
Any tips anyone?
Some bodyweight stuff has helped...

When i was a kid i started with my own material and it's still here
i have a bicycle so i go out every day.
I have an elastic robe so i do some exercises with it but i miss the gym too

Hey Billy,

I use Zwift with my Road Bike hooked up to an Apple TV. It's a lot of fun and the virtual worlds are nice.

I use Freeletics for core and weight fitness because all the exercises use my body weight.

I also go running outside every now and then.

The rest of the time I run after my kids which is an exercise it itself!

Keto diet keeps me fit 365/24/7 even without workout

I'm also doing some basic stretching and then skipping rope to oxygenate my organism & get some cardio to feel better (it's really simple and very satisfying)

I'm training to get my 8 packs these days. And I have exact goals set on days. ;)

it's get really hard at first, but now I'm able to do that. and I think Im going to get super human strength :D

I’m doing mostly body weight stuff.

Im doing the Joe Wicks live workout every morning for cardio.

Im doing a live kickboxing class in the evenings for fitness and flexibility.

Im doing a homemade core workout which is just 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off, with a total of 12 different core exercises.

I have a pull-up bar which is good for pull-ups and leg raises but you can also do pushups, squats and so on.

I also do a weight training class where we use either kettle bells, or if you don’t have them, big bottles of water or anything else that you have in the house to add a bit of weight to your training.

It’s not ideal but I think you just have to make the most of it right now and stay as in shape as possible until you can get back to the gym.

Every night at 10:30 I do:
50 pushups
2:30 planks
30 situps
30 leg lifts (laying on back and lifting legs up)
This takes less than 15 minutes. Once you do it a few times, it becomes a routine that you won't go to sleep without doing it.

30 day yoga challenge with adrianne. google it. Thank me later.

awesome, my friend mentioned this! lots of ideas on this thread.. makes me think i should be doing more o_O

anyone got any recommendations of places to buy fitness gear? pull up bars etc... everything seems sold or prices hiked up atm

-100 Pushups
-100 Squats
-Some stretching focus on your lower back
-If you want great results I highly recommend you to try Intermittent fasting

Pushups, squats, sit-ups and animal movements are all you need.

Don't mean to burst your bubble but the number of abs you have is genetic. You don't grow new muscles by doing crunches - even though that's what the fitness gurus have led you to believe.

You get abs by having a low body fat. Training abs will make them more prominent, sure, but low body fat is the first step.

If Arnold couldn't get an 8-pack through hard work, unless you have them genetically, you won't be able to either. That's just how things go.

Here's Arnold's 4-pack:

Pushups, squats, sit-ups and animal movements are all you need.

This wouldn't maintain muscle, maybe a small amount of muscle, but if you're used to deadlifting and squatting RPE 9+, body weight stuff won't maintain your legs for months. I have access to a garage gym at the beach, but a lot of the girls I date don't and they are complaining about losing their butts even though they're training at home

A barbell with 2.5x your bodyweight in plates is really all you need.

I ordered a pullup/dip tower from Dicks's here in the USA.
Most all weights/DB/barbells etc were sold out though. Im sure they have door attachment pullup bars in stock if you want a cheaper option.

I mostly strength train, so if youre missing weights, just do harder calisthenics:
Chest: weighted dips. explosive pushups. planche
Back: weighted pullups. Front lever. 1 arm pullup
Shoulders: handstand press
Legs: pistol squat (quad dominant), shrimp squat (hip dominant), nordic curl (hamstrings)
abs: ab wheel, RKC plank, windhsield wipers, vacuums

Most people could prob not do those yet so youtube some regressions/progressions. I cant do planches or 1 arm pullups hell no lol. Some like shrimp squat I can only do 1 barely, but squat 405 easy, so these will def provide resistance enough imo
